Recorded August 18, 2020, this chair yoga class explores the psoas muscle, a hip flexor and important ‘back’ muscle associated with back pain. The psoas becomes compromised with repetitive and prolonged seated postures (computer/desk work, driving, binge watching). This class will help improve awareness of this important muscle and how to activate it and lengthen it; a perfect antidote for sitting.
